Arrived damaged in 3 different locations. Plus it was particle board. We are sending back, but I had to call and get them to waive the 260.00 return fee 1st.

This purchase was the worst ive ever had. First of all. The color is not at all what it looks like online. Second, they sent me the wrong color bed first, with NO HARDWARE. I waited 10 weeks for this to get remotely resolved. I had to babysit this company to send me all the pieces as there was only problem after problem. Wrong sized planks for the support etc. THEN when I finally get all the pieces lo and behold the headboard is BROKEN. we had to use wood glue to piece it back together (see photo) So I call up customer service. what can they do? Nothing besides a $160 ish refund to my card. After such a nightmare of an experience + not even really getting a useable in good condition frame I would never have paid $800 for this. Save yourself a nightmare. DO NOT order from this company. I am not impressed with the care I received or the product. Both failed me and I was very patient with them despite the hiccups but at the end of the day a 20% refund to my card is not a solution for a failed product delivery. I truly feel they stole my money. I didn't get what I paid for period. How is this not a full refund or full in store credit? BEYOND ME.

Beautiful bed, appears to be well constructed. I ordered the acorn color but what was delivered was closer to a cherry finish.
