Wallace Velvet Dining Chair (Set of 2)

These chairs are really lovely. Great color, very comfortable and easy to put together.

It’s a nice chair. It is a bit bigger, but I can sit in it with a leg up or crisscross. I like the look of the curved back, but it isn’t comfortable on my low back for long periods of time. Adding a pillow behind my back seems to help. The chairs were easy to put together if you follow the directions to a T, do not tighten all screws all the way until you’re sure everything lines up. It does seem like some holes are misaligned until you get the base just right and in some cases the base seems like it won’t touch the bottom of the chair until it’s tightened all the way (and I had to apply pressure to the seat with my hands, while tightening screws). Some of the chairs had cushions that curved upwards and looked funny so I just pulled the cover off and put the cushion back in which fixed it. The cushions are super cheap thin grey foam which isn’t great, but it will do considering I got a great discount.

Very spacious, probably a little too large for me and my girlfriend (we are 5'7" and 5'0" respectively), but for larger folks it's gotta be nice. The color is absolutely gorgeous, but nothing like the marigold in the photo. It's more of a caramel color, kind of like a tan leather. I was really surprised and happy when I opened the box. The cushions are Velcro-ed on and have a zipper to easily remove the liner, which is a nice feature as well. Super simple to put together. Just Allen wrench the legs on to the seat with 4 bolts. My only real complaint is that the cushions are pretty thin (1" ish), and the backs of the chairs aren't very well cushioned. But for the price, I'd say this is a steal for some fashionable furniture, that's fairly comfortable and accommodates people with larger frames / heights.
