I wanted fabric armchairs for the ends of my kitchen table that would blend in with my existing table and chairs. I was so happy when I found this set of upholstered dining armchairs because they work perfectly for us! They arrived very well packaged and it was the easiest assembly I have ever had for furniture. All pieces were labeled on their outer packaging, which was so nice not having to scrape stickers off of the chair parts. The assembly instructions were large and easy to follow. All you do is build the bottom frame using an Allen wrench, that is provided for you, and then attach the base to the chair. It took a maximum of 10 minutes per chair and I did that while talking on the phone. So simple! The chairs are comfortable sitting at the dining table. If you plan to use them as an accent armchair somewhere else, they aren’t as comfortable for that use. The arm rests are low and the depth of the seat is short. There are protective and adjustable floor pads on each corner of the base. That is a nice plus to help keep the metal base from scratching wood or tile floors.
