Bed came and looks fine but it caves in and has no middle support . Customer support said takes 2 days! This was white glove delivery - would never buy

Originally my review was going to be negative. 4 boxes and the rail was bent and the legs were wrong. The company made everything right. The bed is gorgeous and it great for a room without a lot of storage space. The bed is high quality and I love the color.

Beautiful, very well made bed. The color is a really pretty beige in a stunning linen. The curve in the headboard is less obvious in person, but still noticeable and a fun detail. White glove delivery is always the way to go, unfortunately there were no instructions in the box but he was able to figure it out and it functions perfectly! Highly recommend!

Overall I’d give this bed frame 4 stars. The finished look is really beautiful in person. Very clean, modern, and expensive looking without being overly bulky. I love the neutral upholstered fabric and low profile design. It instantly made the room feel more elevated. The biggest issue was that it arrived with zero instructions, which was definitely frustrating. But I have to give major credit to the deliveryassembly guys because they were SO patient and still managed to figure everything out on their own. They took their time, worked through it piece by piece, and ended up putting it together perfectly. Honestly very impressed with them because I probably would’ve lost my mind without instructions. Once assembled, the bed feels sturdy and looks high end. Definitely happy with it overall, just wish the company included proper directions from the start.

Very nice looking bed. It feels sturdy and like it should last a long time but the delivery process was lengthy and stressful. In my first delivery I didn't receive the center support legs or the boards that go beneath the floor of the bed to make it storage. A replacement order was sent for it and installed with a second delivery. Unfortunately I also received the wrong slats for the bedframe. The first replacement sent for that was the wrong part altogether and the second replacement was the same incorrect ( folding) slats I already have. The slat frame folds in half making the center of the slats a weak spot and every time I lift the mattress the middle of the slats bow downward, I'm afraid it may snap in half over time. In the product photos you can see the slats are supposed to be one solid frame that do not fold. In total I had to have 4 deliveries to my hone for this bed. The missing center legs and storage component was remedied but I never received the correct slats. It did come with directions for the but they could have been written better. Overall the bed is very good quality, the manufacturer was responsive but some things could have been better
