Awful. Awful. Awful. Attempted to call customer service for SIX hours and no one answered the phone in order to stop this delivery immediately after the order was made. No online option to cancel the order either. Refused delivery from delivery company who dropped a sectional sofa off in the street. Sat there for several days until I was in town. I had to pay to have it taken away. Thankfully, I bought it with American Express who refunded my money because of the poor customer service.
