The delivery team was superb. Personable, on time and very helpful. HOWEVER, bed was difficult to assemble. The fittings were all so tight that I couldn’t get the bolts in place Finally able to do it after I loosened the Philip’s head screws to allow the bolts to be installed, the Re tighten the. Screws.
