We LOVE this sectional! We did piece together five pieces from this set to create a larger sectional and it looks great. The couch is on the firm side but still very comfortable and has a nice spring to it. It feels like it won't sag over time because of how stuffed it is. The back rest is the perfect height to rest your neck or arm on while watching TV. Color is almost identical as show in the pictures. Couldn't be happier with it! We also talked with the sales team before purchasing to ensure it would piece together nicely and the only issue is that one end that connects to the corner piece does not have the matching hook/snap to connect underneath, but our customer specialist, Kelly, was able to help rectify this. Overall, we haven't had trouble with it moving out of place.

From the second we walked in the door, everything was perfect. Our salesperson, Colleen McGrath, was excellent. She was personable and knowledgeable and really took the time to ask appropriate questions in order to understand my style, etc. There was no pressure to buy something but I am happy I found something I loved. Delivery went smoothly; communication was perfect. The driver was running a few minutes behind but texted us to let us know. We so appreciated the notice that our delivery window was shortened from 7a - 7p to 10a - 2p. The furniture came as expected; no damage. While we traveled from Worcester to Dedham to check out All Modern, I would travel there again and again. I was beyond pleased with every aspect of the sale from Colleen to delivery!
