Rudi Mid-Century Modern Storage Ottoman with Reversible Tray Cushions

The Ottoman arrived without holes in one corner piece making it impossible to put the leg on. While they acknowledged it was a defect and would send me another, the requirements were a big hassle. They wanted it in the original packaging or something similar (I had already flattened and recycled the box), then they expected me to bring it to a FedEx. I explained that I could not lift the heavy piece on my own and so they said they would have FedEx pick it up. However, they would not allow me to use the box the new piece would come in for the old one. When I asked if they would send a tech to drill holes as it seemed such a waste to have to ship and return the defective one, they said I had to find the person and they would only pay 20%!

It's a sturdy and quite large piece of furniture compared to the photos. The finishes are high quality, as is the fabric it's made of.

A little pricey but high quality and just what my dad needed for his living room space. He's very happy with it. Blends well with his mid century taste.
