Feels cheap considering we spent $1600! The linen color headboard doesn't look clean (maybe another color would look better). My husband built it (not an easy feat). I would have returned it, but he thought it would be too difficult to deal with. The mattress sits low within the frame/side rails, so changing the sheets is a task. But, our 5 year old daughter loves it, so we're keeping it.

Beautiful… but is perhaps the most difficult bed to put together in the world. So many bolts and screws and pieces. This thing is never leaving the apartment.

The Rand Bed arrived in two very heavy boxes and needs to be assembled in the room it's going in. It required more assembly than I expected. Predrilled bed rail screw holes did not line up with the black sheet metal supports making it difficult to assemble. The sheet metal support that runs in the middle of the bed from headboard to foot board is not forgiving, even with the wood & mesh ladder that sits over it to uphold the mattress. The ladder is flimsy and not high quality. Moving the boxes boxes and assembly is a two person job and while it looks good made up, I don't consider it a good quality bed. I wish I had spent more money and got a bed that is easier to assemble. I would not order this bed again or spend the money on a new mattress for it. The money I spent on an organic mattress would have been served on a higher quality bed.

Quality is great. The swatch was incredibly accurate to the color in person. It was on back order which was frustrating to wait so long, but we bought the assembly and they put it together a day after we received the bed. Super easy!
