Beautifully made solid wood nightstand. I love the design and the color, it looks like solid black from photos but it's actually a dark walnut stain so you can still see the wood grain slightly. This was purchased from open box and I know it was thoroughly inspected for damages before it was sent out but there was a small crack on the side when arrived, the wood had split open and left a slight gap thats visible, it wasnt so bad that I couldnt live with it, and small enough that I thought I could have it repaired with wood filler. Customer service was able to give me a discount for this since I decided to keep it. I believe it was cracked during delivery as the package was very well packed and there were no dents, which could be assumed it was from impact.
