Beautiful bench, but everything else was bad. The box arrived open and completely beat-up, and the delivery company just left it downstairs in the mail room instead of bringing it to my door. Inside, the bench wasn’t secured at all — wrapping was loose and a screw literally fell out when I unpacked it (I even stepped on it). For a $1,000+ item this honestly looks like a returned/open-box piece. Very disappointed. I’m contacting customer service.
