Love this chair!! It’s comfortable , beautiful, smooth wood to the touch. The packaging was so well done that the chair arrived in perfect condition! I’m so happy with this chair!

Ordering this chair was unnecessarily frustrating. The 10% coupon wouldn’t work, and after trying the chat box (which just ran me in circles), I finally reached a live agent. Unfortunately, they didn’t know how to resolve the issue either. I eventually discovered on my own—through trial and error—that the only way to apply the discount was by ordering through the promotional text link. Once I figured that out, the order went through smoothly. The chair arrived quickly and was well packaged. But when I unpacked it, I immediately noticed problems: the wood needed finer sanding, and one leg was shorter than the others. I contacted customer service again, sent photos, and the agent confirmed the defect. Their first suggestion was to send me a new leg (which didn’t make sense for this style of chair). Next, they offered to send a technician, but this issue couldn’t be fixed on-site. The final option was a replacement chair, but by then I had no confidence the next one would be any better. Tired of the process, I opted for a refund. Two stars: one for fast shipping, one for polite communication. Otherwise, a disappointing experience.

This chair is very well designed. Comes fully assembled and fits great with almost anything! Can be used as decor or a chair!

Chair is quite comfortable. Color (cognac) is as represented in the app. The wood, however, is not well finished. There are rough spots that were not properly sanded and areas where the finish has been applied over wood that was not clean. Chair looks great from a distance, but the overall quality is disappointing. I expected more for the money.

This chair is a great design and nicely proportioned. It's lightweight, easy to move, and comfortable.
