Mizel 62" Upholstered Storage Bench

Really pleased with my purchase. It’s a very sturdy bench. It’s not really soft upon sitting (but not uncomfortable once you’re seated), but I also don’t anticipate sitting on it often. It’ll mostly be used as storage and to fill the space, and possibly additional seating if I have an overwhelming amount of guests, which is very unlikely. It fits perfectly under my living room window. The color is a light beige, with a chenille basket slub texture.

This product was clearly a display as there are dirty smudges all over, as it is a white furniture it is very noticeable especially in person. I called customer service and they attempted to send me a replacement despite the website showing out of stock, which means I would have had to deal with with an out of stock replacement had I not caught it myself. the rep put in request for partial refund and I've not heard back since. This is a large piece and I was not expecting to need to make any changes on this purchase so I am disappointed with the quality as a first time buyer here at all modern.

Love it, so sturdy and perfect for entryway shoes. A little bit darker than I thought it would be.
