These stools are great quality but BEWARE the manufactuer they're working with has ZERO customer service. 3 assembled stools in the incorrect color were delivered and I cannot figure out how to get a pick up scheduled for the return and don't have a vehicle large enough to return to FedEx. I provided my order screenshot, pictures of the product, pictures of the color naming on their web site and via chat was told the manufacturer would reach out to me with an apology but they just keep sending me return instructions and ignoring the situation. I am a rewards member and have had great service from Wayfair/All Modern to-date but this seems like a shoddy manufacturer fullfulling this product, steer clear! I ordered crafted glaze/ebano which is a light color cane and wood and received black cane/stools that are titled color - Crafted Glaze/Nevoa/Natural. I think their web site naming is causing confusion but so far zero accountability on making it right.
