Perfect dimensions and looks great overall. One thing to be aware of, though, is the doors don't open widely due to the angled design of the panels.

The wood finish is softer and scratched easily. Installation instructions were vague and it took a long time to figure out the orientation of the top and bottom pieces. There were some scratches and a dinged corner on the top piece when we unpacked the pieces. The shape is nice.

Item came damaged, customer service was helpful in ordering new pieces, however new pieces also came damaged. They offered to order again but I wasn’t confident the new pieces wouldn’t be damaged as well. I got a partial refund (I think it was too small of an amount for all of the trouble $200 on a $1100 coffee table…). I like the look of the item it was just a pain and for the price it shouldn’t have arrived damaged twice.

The finish and color are really nice. There was a little scratch in one of our doors. It is lower than I thought it would be. Also I wasn't planning on putting a tv on it so I was happy to see in the picture that there wasn't a cut out where the shelves are but it actually does have a cut out for cords which is not the best for me, but good if you are going to put a cable box, etc there.

I recently discovered AllModern had a physical store near me. One of the items I was in love with online was the Leander console. It just oozes classy MCM vibes. The store actually did not have it on display the day I went, but seeing the quality, I felt confident in ordering the Leander. It was delivered a few days later and I couldn’t be more pleased. It is elegant and beautiful, but also solidly built. The drawers open smoothly, the doors align perfectly and there is nary a flaw. Everything I purchased from AllModern seems to have come triple wrapped, and it surprised me that a company would take that much care in the shipping of their products. Which is rather sad, but also speaks to AllModern’s customer-focused approach. The delivery guys were great and set it up for us with the free white glove service. So happy with my purchase!. Hello, beautiful piece, love the look and quality. However, it came with no owner's manual and it appears to have built in lights that we have no idea how to get working. The light aspect was not even part of the product details when purchased. It is a nice perk, but need to know how to actually be able to get them to be functional.
