Amazing chair! Very comfortable and the material is very soft! A bit lighter than the picture - but we love it!

The chairs are pretty, however, the quality leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered two of them and both arrived with issues. Both were missing a cap on the feet and one had an exposed nail that scratched our month-old floors. The arm on one of them also arrived detached from the socket and some matting in the shearling. Was offered a partial refund that didn’t quite compensate for the level of damage. I dealt with two different customer service representatives and one was significantly more helpful than the other.

Looks fantastic and is comfortable. The chair was packaged very well and arrived quickly and safely.
