The chair is really well built and was certainly well-packed -- it took a out 20 min to remove all the packaging. You can expect zero damage to the chair when receiving. I have two reservations: 1. The cushions are not as supportive as I would've liked. You can't sit very long in the chair without becoming uncomfortable as the support just isn't there. I would say it's more of an aesthetic piece. 2. The chair is relatively small. I am a smaller female, so this is fine, but my husband (> 6ft) is absolutely not comfortable and for that matter, too big for the chair. It's also extremely low to the ground, so without a shorter side or coffee table, the chair may not be compatible with your setup. All in all, it's a fine chair for me, extremely well-mad, but maybe not practical for filling a larger space and long sitting sessions.
