Kolbie 64'' Sideboard

It is a beautiful piece! However, step seven needs MUCH GREATER DETAIL to make it a smooth build!!! We originally requested it be built and paid for the service. Angie’s was the provider. There was no communication from them to resolve a time for them to build the piece. We considered sending it back or returning it to the store in Charlottesville. In the end we gave it a shot. After much discussion by phone and chat the resolution was to send a new top. After sleeping on it with fresh eyes we realized the error in step SEVEN. Would we do it again yes. Thus the reason for the stars being lower.

I’m lucky I received this around the time they said it would be delivered. Don’t know where the rest of the paid for order is that was to have been delivered at the same time.

Overall I actually really like it! However I don’t think it was worth the cost - it was $750+ and IMO it really should only be half the price. However, it took so much effort to put it together that I’m keeping it. The color is perfect and it fits great in my space. A few things about putting it together - the instructions don’t help to dictate which direction to put certain parts - so when adding the long bar that slides down into the two sides and holds the doors in place make sure the correct part is facing the front and that there are two holes aligned on the inside. That’s how you will know that the top is going to fit properly. Though the holes don’t perfectly align, I never had an issue with holes not aligning enough to properly screw things into place. I was able to put this together by myself and easily move it as well.

Green, green, green and modern and worth the money

The instructions are not great, but once I got it put together it is a fantastic stereo cabinet for my office!

Its wonderful. Perfect size for storage without taking too much space. The clear mesh is subtle and not too transparent. Color is different but not loud. As others mentioned, there was one difficulty putting it together with one set of screw being poorly positioned. Very well packed and smoothly delivered.

This does the job and is the quality you would expect from a flat packed metal sideboard. We like the minimal styling and it kind of disappears in the space. Contrary to the description, this is all metal, there is no wood on the countertop or otherwise. A few holes were misaligned, a couple of edges bent, but nothing that couldn’t be fixed. This is being used in a rental, so I’m curious how it will hold up - I’m mostly worried about scratches and dents to the perforated doors. Delivery did not include assembly, contrary to what the description said.

In love! So glad I went with this option. Perfect off white color wonderful function. Note that you can see a bit through the perforated metal. It also took a bit to put together, but very worth it.

As previous reviews stated, several holes do not align and instructions are poor. Scratches easily

I love this it’s subtle industrial modern and very functional. The green is beautiful. It wasn’t too hard to put together by my self some misaligned holes, but it wasn’t hard to put the screws. The direction were a little sketch especially towards the end but you can contact them and they will help you I’ve done that in the past. I figured it out by my self. I would highly recommend this piece it’s really well thought out, nice to look at too.
