Kenji 84'' Upholstered Sofa

They look great in our living room and they are soft and comfortable!

I purchased this sofa in the lattle velvet fabric, it exceeded my expectations. However the low profile height was too low for me. I replaced the legs with 5 inch legs this raised the height to 18 inches. Also I repositioned the throw pillows and altered them from 18 to12 inches. Now they are uniform to the height of the arm. My poodle wasted no time getting comfortable on it and neither will you!

The Kenji sofa is modern looking in appearance which is nice. It is a smaller apartment sized sofa and so it works in smaller spaces nicely. The seat depth and height are nice for a person of 5'6" and it is definitely long enough to lay down on comfortably for someone of that height. The seat is firm but comfortable. I like that the cushions are firm and taught so the sofa does not look disheveled and constantly need fluffing. The cream upholstery is a finely weaved fabric with beige, tan, some cream and greige colors...so it really looks more like the Sand color sofa option that Kenji used to make but no longer is available. There is no sheen to the fabric like a chenille unfortunately. The weave is not super tight like a linen fabric so I would not recommend this sofa if you have cats or a dog, as I would assume it would not hold up well to their little sharp nails. Not sure how the fabric would hold up with use, long term. It does not appear to be a stain resistant fabric but I have not had to test that feature out yet. Overall, it is a decent sofa for small spaces with a modern feel and firm seat. The cream is definitely more beige or sand colored fyi. The photo I attached shows the sofa next to a cream chair I ordered elsewhere to show you what I mean regarding the color. To my delight, it came fully assembled with white glove, room of choice delivery and set up. The only thing needing assembly was the feet which the delivery guy assembled. The delivery team was great! They even took the boxes away!!! For that alone, I give All Modern a 10!!!

I reeeeeally wanted this sofa to work out, but it arrived with a noticeable dent in one of the arms. It was also missing the feet. Shoutout to customer service for issuing a refund and explaining how to go about donating this couch since the supplier won't take it back :( I ordered the Cream Nylon/Polyester Blend version. I will say that in person, the color appears taupe/beige. In fact, I thought they sent me the wrong sofa. It doesn't resemble the stark white/cream color in the product photo. If you want a truly white sofa, this isn't it. It's still a beautiful and comfortable sofa, nonetheless, and is large enough to sprawl out on. The cushions are deep, but not to the point that you feel like you're stuck (I'm 5' 2"). It's also large enough to turn into a makeshift guest bed if you remove the backrest pillows.

This sofa is EVERYTHING I wanted! I love everything about it, from the size, texture/fabric, color, & firmness. I’ve been eyeing a ton of sofas that were a bit pricier & I know I made the right choice. It really brings my place together & my 5 year old daughter loves it as well! Great for movie nights and cuddles!
