Kenji 2-Piece Upholstered Chaise Sectional

Very happy with our new sectional but as with everything else that we ordered from All Modern there were delivery issues. Once we finally received a confirmed delivery date the team did a great job and were finished quickly. Very comfortable!

Couch came on time, correct color, and with all parts included. It’s comfy! The cushions are firm, but not to the point where they’re uncomfortable. I’m certain they’ll soften over time. I like how you don’t sink into the couch, so overall it’s comfortable for my liking. The throw pillows that come with it are comfortable too. I will probably switch out the pillow inside the slip for a fuller, fluffier look. I love my new couch and it’s perfect for the space. The delivery wasn’t too bad either. Even though the boxes are large, the couch isn’t insanely heavy. I was able to easily transportlift the couch with the help of one other person. The legs are plastic, but I’m sure you could switch them out if you want it to be sturdier. The fabric is also nice, soft, and smooth. It’s a good size. Could easily fit three to four people. I’m 5’6 and my legs don’t hang off the chaise and I have more than enough room to stretch out. I hope this couch lasts me for a while. It’s definitely a good investment. So far, it seems to be good quality. I am pleased with my purchase.

The couch itself is beautiful and comfortable. We had been looking for this burnt orange color for a while and remain very been pleased with the material and structure. If you're looking for an orange couch, this is the one. We have had it for about a week and it appears to be durable yet soft. The low rating has to do with the delivery and supplier. The couch itself deserves 5 stars but the delivery process was a solid 0, so we have settled for 3 stars. It took us 2 months and multiple deliveries to receive this couch in its entirety. We ordered the right-facing sectional and received the proper chaise but the wrong sofa part 3 times! They kept delivering the left facing sofa over and over. We spoke with numerous customer service reps. Finally, we got in touch with a super helpful manager who informed us that the sectional was out of stock completely. We were so upset. Randomly, weeks later, we happened to see one couch came back in stock, so we ordered it to take our chances. Thank gosh it was the right one but we got the couch with no help from All Modern. If this wasn't our dream couch, we would have never put ourselves through this nightmare. So the takeaway, AMAZING couch, HORRIBLE supplier and delivery. Also, amazing delivery guys! Some were so nice and helpful!

Pleasantly surprised with a quick and seamless delivery process. After ordering, I received a shipment confirmation within 24 hours and the couch arrived at my building nine days later. Assembly was extremely easy and just consisted of screwing the legs on and placing the chaise over the prongs - would not recommend paying extra for assembly, but I would recommend the deliver-to-room option. The seat depth is roomy and perfect for cuddling up. Great as a guest sleeper option. As the other reviews say this is not a sink-in-your-seat type of couch, I'd describe the cushion as soft but firm. Overall I'm extremely happy with this couch!

I love this ! Great blue -denim color cushions are hard at first but breaking in nicely . Perfect addition to my family room !!
