The item itself is as expected. The delivery experience on the other hand was terrible. After bringing the item in, we ask the delivery guys not to slid it across the floor and they did scratching our hardwood floor in 2 places. All they said was sorry and walked away. We asked for a receipt (website indicated signature is needed at delivery) they said "we don't do paper receipts" and left. If I could give the delivery experience a zero I would.
