Nice bed

A chunk of wood was missing and the inside delivery team did a terrible job of assembling the bed. The headboard is so wobbly it looks like it will fall off. In top of that: the finish on the wood has a horrible smell. I couldn’t sleep in the bed for several days because the odor was nauseating.

Beautiful bed, feels very sturdy. Had some issues during assembly with one extremely uncooperative bolt, but overall very happy.

Very nice quality solid wood bed frame for our teenage son.

Overall, the bed looks nice, feels very solid, well supported in the middle. Not wild about the grain of the wood on the headboard & had some damage (stain starting to bubble but not in a place visible once the mattress was on).

The delivery was great. Two guys were very nice and professional. The bed looks pretty exactly as advised. The headboard and support beams are solid. However, two different types of screws that are supposed to lock two support beams separately to the headboard and footboard are out of match to their built-in counterparts. Attached is just one photo that shows literally no spiral threads in the lower hole. They can't be locked. I had to put a hard object to block the long screw to come back out. I thought about returning it but since I had busy schedule, I don't want to waste my time in returning, receiving and reassembling. So the service is good but the product quality is not.

We really like our bed. It seems to be of pretty good quality. We've moved once and it went back together well. The slats did seem to rattle whenever we would lay on it after I put the bed back together. So I screwed them down to the boards that they rest on and that fixed the issue.
