Warranty Details
We offer a limited warranty against the manufacturer's defects to the original purchaser of the product for a period of one year from the date of invoice. We warrant our furniture products to be free from defects in construction and workmanship under normal household and consumer use. If a defect is found during the warranty period, we will exchange, repair, or replace the defective product. We have sole discretion to determine which method will be used to correct defects. Repairs or replacements shall only be made by our authorized dealer. Before warranty service will be rendered, the purchaser must submit pictures as well as a purchase receipt or other proof of purchase date. This limited warranty excludes damages resulting from neglect, accidental or intentional acts, exposure to extreme or abnormal conditions, including but not limited to heat, cold, dryness, moisture, sunlight, or humidity. This limited warranty also excludes unauthorized repair or alteration as well as commercial and institutional use unless the product is noted as suitable for commercial use. Normal wear and tear, accidents including scratches, burns, watermarks, or indentations as well as general misuse or abuse of our products will void this warranty.
