The chairs are great but one of the seats arrived with a crack all the way through. Allmodern was quick to send a replacement part. The assembly was a little more involved but that's to be expected with chairs in this price range.

Of the two chairs I ordered one came with a broken seat. The other assembled without problems and is what we expected. I need to figure out how to get a replacement seat or an exchange for the whole chair. Apparently AllModern sold Safaview brand chairs through Wayfair. So, I'm not sure where to start getting satisfaction.

Great quality but really challenging to put together. You get all the tools and parts but Allen wrenches at weird angles mean like quadruple the normal amount of time to put it together

Looks so nice when put together, but the holes were misaligned and it seems the screws for the seat were too short. Everthing was pretty simple up until that point. We just used our screws after multiple tries to get] theirs to fit. It is a nice modern chair though and seems sturdy.

Ordered 6 chairs and almost all were defective. Some were missing parts. Some were missing the glue. Some nails are too long and made installation impossible without trimming off nails…. Looks alright for the price, but not great quality control.

I love the architectural design, the quality and color of the wood. Very study, an upscale twist on the classic wooden chair.

I love everything about these chairs except the assembly. It took us 2.5 hours with the correct tools to put 3 of them together. We purchased other chairs (we mixed and matched) and had 15 of them done in 1.5 hours. This chair is sturdy, comfortable, the exact vibe we are going for in our cafe, and I would have ordered more for my event space if the assembly had been easier.

Didn’t love the wood grain for our table, but it looked like a solid chair.
