Somewhat difficult to assemble alone. I had to use the back of the sofa to prop the chair upside down in order to screw on the seat. It takes 5 screws to attach the seat, and not all screws are alike. Also while attaching the back…one screw hole feels stripped. There are no wood plugs for the screw holes in the back of the chair knocking it way down in score. When paying this much for a chair…it should look more finished.

The chairs are great but one of the seats arrived with a crack all the way through. Allmodern was quick to send a replacement part. The assembly was a little more involved but that's to be expected with chairs in this price range.

Of the two chairs I ordered one came with a broken seat. The other assembled without problems and is what we expected. I need to figure out how to get a replacement seat or an exchange for the whole chair. Apparently AllModern sold Safaview brand chairs through Wayfair. So, I'm not sure where to start getting satisfaction.
