The chairs look just like they do on the website. The seat is firm but comfy. The seat is not size inclusive however as the chair runs on the smaller side.

The chairs are great, very comfortable and the color is beautiful. the only problem was that on one of the chairs the leg was about 1/2 " shorter than the other 3 legs, so it wobbled. The problem was handled very professionally through customer service.
