I saw some other reviews showing how the item arrived broken but took a chance anyway. Mine also arrived broken. Seems to be a common issue. The piece is also extremely heavy. Seems like its more than the 100lbs stated. Fortunately, customer service was very helpful in resolving the issue with a refund and/or exchange.
