The couch arrived and it was missing 2 cushions. I submitted a request for replacement cushions and was sent an email that the cushions should arrive by 12/23. Today I received an email that there are no more cushions available and that Allmodern is working hard to prevent this from happening again. I went on chat and was told again that replacements would be shipped. What is going on?
