Fitz 24" Counter Stool (Set of 2)

Great stools! Easy to build and very sturdy.

I thought they were painted white wood. Who wants white fabric on a kitchen stool that cannot be washed? Not me with little kids.

Love this purchase. Chairs are comfortable and look just like the picture!

The style, comfort and sturdiness of the stool is great! There was a very small scratch on one stool and a minor imperfection in the wood on an inside leg, which looked like it had been filled. Not drastic enough to return. My biggest problem was attaching the seat to the stool with the small L brackets. There were no pilot holes and it was very difficult to screw the screws into the frame and seat bottom tightly. Also the stickers that identify each piece for assembly are difficult to remove without leaving behind a sticky visible residue. For the 2nd stool assembly we will be drilling small pilot holes for the seat attachment!

Loved these when they were new, but at seven months one of the backs is starting to delaminate, which is a little disappointing since that it's now out of warranty. I guess a little wood glue and clamping will do the trick.
