4 stars for two reasons, I was sent the wrong chair color, was supposed to be cream. However, I’m very pleased with the gray. The second reason is the chair was very difficult to assemble because one of the holes underneath the back cushion was too deep and the screw is stripped, so I have to go get a new one before I can put it in its final resting place. Those two issues aside-this chair is very comfortable, high quality and quite sophisticated in appearance. The armrests are substantial and comfortable. Would recommend!

This chair came perfectly packaged. The delivery was scheduled and received on time. The installation was straight forward but a little tricky with the screw length. The chair is very well built and excellent quality. It is a large spacious chair. The fabric is very nice. I would recommend this purchase. Interiors by Arlene Gaithersburg, Md.

I ordered the Elon Lounge chair in Cream and dark Walnut legs but what arrived was Grey and light wood legs. I reached out to customer service who said I could pack it all back up and return it then wait for a new one. That’s a several week process and I am unhappy with the lack of oversight. I decided to keep the chair and place it in a different room but it’s moderately comfortable but it’s only ok. Overall disappointed with the incorrect chair sent and the comfort is mediocre. .

Stylish and Contemporary chair. The box arrived broken but the contents were well packaged and protected from damage. The chair was a bit tricky to put together and will require 2 people to set the seat pads. A really nice piece that is perfect in my beach house. I recommend it.
