Love this chair! Perfect size for my desk, easy to assemble, well constructed, beautiful fabric (black boucle).

I ordered a chair that arrived in completely unacceptable condition. It was clearly a return (likely from Wayfair) with no protective packaging, no assembly instructions, and missing washers. The base was visibly damaged and unusable. Screws were loose in the bottom of the box, and there was no packing slip or padding. As a business owner, I was shocked by the lack of care—this isn’t a cheap chair, and even a $50 one shouldn’t arrive like this. I had already gifted my old chair expecting this one to be usable, but it was unfit for use. The company has not resolved the issue.

Pretty to look at but so uncomfortable if you are sitting in it all day. There is no cushion and it leans forward. Every time I shift my weight, it makes the loudest noises because the seat itself leans. I would not recommend purchasing this if you plan on sitting in it all day. Very disappointed, not worth the money.

Beautiful chair!! Easy install and material feels super high quality.

Looks pretty but is unstable when trying to roll forward - dangerous if used on hard surfaces. Had to return unfortunately.
