Absolutely gorgeous table! I love the matte finish that allows the beauty of the wood grain, knots, and other natural characteristics of the wood to shine. The legs are substantial and look sleek without distracting from the beauty of the tabletop. Delivery was wonderful (thank you, Lathrop team!) and assembly was quick. The only reason for the docked star is that my tabletop arrived with a crack that begins on the edge and extends to the underside of the solid wood top. Although I was disappointed to find this on a brand new table, I'm currently working with Wayfair on a resolution.

This table is very heavy and looks durable. It’s exactly what we wanted. The assembly was quick and easy. The finish is a true black and looks high end. Overall a better first impression than I was expecting!

This table is heavy, but it is gorgeous!! we were hesitant to make such an expensive purchase online, without seeing the product, but we are sure glad that we did!
Dining with family and friends helps us make connections and brings us closer together. The Hemma Dining Table embodies that spirit. Its thick tabletop is constructed of 2 panels of solid wood connected with butterfly joints. These joints are a type of inlay that serve both structural and decorative purposes. Adding to the natural beauty of this rectangular dining room table are live edges on the long sides of the 2 tabletop panels. A small space where the panels are joined highlight the curves of the wood, while the curves on the exterior edges add dimension. Modern, metal legs with an angular U shape provide support and a striking contrast for the rustic-style tabletop.

This table is pretty great although it stains very easily, almost like there is no sealer on it. The other negative is we kept having problems with Wayfair sending us the right one. This was for a cabin so each time it was a wrong order, it was another drive that was wasted. Wayfair really didn't do much to compensate. Amazing Table! We just moved into our new home and ordered the large one and it looks as pictured. As others have mentioned, the table is quite heavy and can be hard to move but there’s no complaints there. The table did have a small chip upon the delivery drivers opening it but we were able to get that handled with customer service easily.
