I love the couch! The cushions are very comfortable, and the arms are quite high so you can lean back against them if you want to life across the couch. My couch arrived damaged, but they are sending me a new one, which I greatly appreciate! If you're getting the couch moved into a tricky or tight space (or up a lot of stairs), you might consider asking the movers to remove the feet to ensure there isn't damage.. Ilene. Boston, MA. Overall, satisfied with the sofa. Exactly how it looked in the picture. Feels sturdy. Cushion is a little too firm but I understand it’ll take a few weeks to break it in (hopefully). The back height behind the cushion could be a little higher to provide more support.
