Cleo Upholstered Custom Accent Chair

This is a lovely chair very comfortable, still needs some breaking in but it’s awesome. The chair is extremely light which has me worried on the construction aspect but so far so good. The white glove delivery I had unfortunately wasn’t able to make it to my door due to weather conditions but that doesn’t make it worth any less. Worth it!

I was excited to get this chair. It was delivered by Wayfair white glove service Sunday morning and the guys were super super nice. My first initial reaction was oh, ok, it’s not as big as it seemed to be. My second reaction was to the fabric I chose. I chose the cornflower velvet and online it looks very dark gray. This is far from it. It’s a little hard to tell with my warm lightbulb, but it’s like a steel gray blue. Definitely had major blue undertones. It’s nothing like the dark dark gray I chose based off the photos and what I had wanted or imagined. The velvet is not a super soft plush velvet you’d expect. It’s more of a suede microfiber feel to it. The arms are nice and square which I like. However I do not like how very low to the ground it is. The legs underneath are maybe 2 inches maximum. You can see by my photo how low it is next to my nightstand, bed, and doorway for reference. I can’t say too much with the cushion, it’s brand new so of course stiff. It needs to break in. Overall, it’s an ok chair but I think it’s definitely overpriced and I was very very disappointed in the color.

This chair is beautiful! It is a wayyyy cooler Grey in person than in the photos so that threw me off but still a very pretty material and was shipped fully intact and with care you can tell. Because of how fluffy and firm the cushions are it does make it less deep than I was anticipating so an ottoman is absolutely necessary for everyday use, otherwise at 5’11” it hits about 3 inches before your knee bend on your thigh and is just awkward. I will be buying the matching ottoman for this though because it is so well made and with that will be a dream to sit and relax in!!

Order was wrong. Only received one chair. Would have to wait 6 weeks for the other one. The one that was delivered was stained and the cushion was missing.

So wide and comfy. I love it. Blankets because I have 3 cats.
