These both look and feel cheap, seriously disappointed and wondering what planet the other people reviewing this are living on. They aren't solid wood, and the top layer is applied poorly and clearly starting to separate on the seems already, the insides of the drawers have imperfections that look almost as if they were damaged from use, and the drawers themselves are janky opening and closing. They don't close consistently, so the drawer panels end up looking crooked in the closed configuration. It's hard to tell from the product listing, but the drawers don't just slide open and close, they have a very cheap spring mechanism built into the sliders so you press the drawer in to have it pop out. This would be a neat idea if the hardware wasn't cheap, the actual result is that if you don't press exactly in the right spot (the very middle) you'll end up causing the drawer to "latch" crooked, which will then cause it to be stuck and crooked, and then the other drawer won't open either. I wouldn't take these nightstands for free.
