Bera 39"-51" Extendable Dining Table

Horrible purchase. The table came completely damaged. Huge, deep gashes on the table surface, there are cracks on the seem where the tables folds. One of the hinges is completely bent which doesn’t allow for the table to properly close. And there is a chunk of one of the legs missing which has been filed with a wood filler. All Modern has not reached out to our request for a full refund. Such a disappointing experience with them.

This item was delivered by FedEx, which is out of business on the island I live on, so it was just left out in the yard in the rain. It should never have been delivered that way it should’ve been delivered by ground delivery with people to put it in the house. It was so heavy. I had to go higher men to just lift the box and get it into the property then the way it was packed. It was impossible to get the parts out of the box. The table top was so heavy. I had to hire people again to help me lift it and assemble it. It was very difficult to assemble and to adjust to use partly because the instructions were very insufficient, and the table is very hard to operate when you want to extend it or put it back into the Small position. We were on a deadline to get a property decorated and so we will have to use this table now, but no one will be able to figure out how to get it extended so it will just have to be left to use as a two person side table for now until we have time to order something else.

Great design, perfect size for a small apparemment. Nice extension system. Finishing could be better. Some corners feel rough and could use a better sanding, finishing. I dont love it but I dont hate it.

The color is more yellow than expected. The build quality is not as good as expected. Significant gaps are visible between the wooden parts.

The wood wasn’t as expected. There is a dark line where the table divides on top. Customer service was great at helping me return it.
