This was a disastrous delivery. Love the chair but one of the arms had snapped in two places during delivery and there are deep scratches in several spots on both arms. This chair went through a war before it got to me. Now we have to see if it can be repaired. I have guests coming and hoped the room would be complete by their arrival. This chair was a key piece. Ironically, aside from the broken arm the chair works well and it's more comfortable than I expected for a chair at this price. I would recommend it but beware that the delivery could destroy the chair before it gets to you.

Great chair. Super comfy, easy to recline with simple mechanism (not like other manual recliners where you need to PUSH with strength I do not have) and unlike other recliners, it is streamlined. Great customer service and delivery.
