Product looks great and is comfy BUT it's barely a month old and is pilling and saggy! It's absolute garbage

This was the only couch I could find that checked all the boxes I was looking for. Arrived relatively quick and brought into my front doorway. The couch is heavy, well-built, and feels good quality. Have laid in it heavily the past few weeks and the cushions hold up well. Very happy with purchase. Beware cat claws. They tear up the upholstered material like a hot knife through butter. Recommend buying some clear anti-scratch film to prevent shredding.
