Best thing ever! If you have small dogs they will love it as thy basically have a step to go on the bed.

Rating this product 5 stars, BUT in reality 4 to 4.5 starts. I ordered the Oakwood King size/ finish and overall the product is great. The product shipped in 4 packages and it was delivered within the estimated time frame. In addition the delivery team was exceptional, professional and very careful with the delivery. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a low platform bed that is higher quality than most relatively easy to assemble furniture in addition with a neutral/ more masculine look in my opinion. Here are my pros and cons: Pros: - The upholstery is done exceptionally well - The frame is sturdy, has weight and is constructed very well. I was impressed. - After sleeping on it, there is no looseness or noise to the frame, nothing creaking, its rock solid. Cons: This is why I would rate this product 4 to 4.5 starts - After initially opening all of the boxes we realized there was no assembly instructions, so we had to stop and give All Modern/ Wayfair a call. (they quickly resolved this issue with the utmost professionalism and kindness) - After assembling the entire bed, mattress slats and all, we then realized we were missing the 28 screws that can be used to screw the bed slats into the frame to essentially prevent the slats from moving. (keep in mind, THIS IS NOT NEEDED AT ALL, the way the frame is designed, the slats WILL NOT MOVE, its essentially an optional add-on if you really wanted to do that.) The only reason I'm bringing this up is because on the building instruction manual, part of the items listed is the screws and it displays where you would screw them in, and they weren't included with the supplies. BUT once again, you really don't even need to use the screws, that's how secure the slat frame is without them. It will not move or slide. Its designed very well. - Cost - Overall I paid just over 2k for this product. - In all honesty I think its overpriced by maybe $200-300 max. But that's just my opinion. But overall if for whatever reason I needed to buy this product again, I would not hesitate to spend the 2k again. Overall I'm super happy with my purchase, the customer service, the product, the delivery, assembly and the aesthetics and comfortability of this bedframe.

Dimensions on website are not true to product. Product is 99” wide but states it is 91” wide. Customer service has been a nightmare so far.

Wanted to buy something that fits well in our home and mattress we have. Product arrived little later then planned. It was easy to assemble but product came with defects. Team did help with adjusting cost but mattress didn’t fit well in the area. I did contact customer service, they were fast and very responsive but they failed to understand problem and requested to ship on our dime which is not acceptable when you spend so much money on quality product and company. Very disappointed.

This product is in okay quality. The price is too high. There are not much California kind size bed frame available to shop. This bed frame catches our eye is because it’s modern style and it’s low to the floor that can prevent baby to have a bad injury from falling. It works good for that reason so far.
