I don't know if it's just mine, but the stool/end table I received did not resemble the color of the pictured item at all. The item I received was completely flat gray, not the kind of light brownish/gray pictured, which would have matched my floors perfectly. The stool is still heavy and seems high quality, but now must be relegated as a night stand.

I like the stool's design and it meets many of my needs, I use it as a table placed along the side of my reading chair. The advertisement displayed it in a light gray color with little tan or black threads throughout; actually it is more dark brown with large areas of black mottled over it. I am not up to returning it and I have it on the darker side of the areas. I just finished designing the room with grays as a go to color. with all that said I do like it. d like flecks.
