Our Bayne sofa was delivered today. Delivery was great. Fast and easy. Love the sofa. Can’t wait to cuddle up in it and watch a movie. Had a snafu with the email my original order was placed under and that required a few calls and emails to get resolved thru Wayfair and the local All Modern store (shout out to Alex). But that is all water under the bridge now that the sofa is here. Love it!. Renee. Leander, TX. Mon Oct 06 2025

This couch seems to be very good quality, well made, and very heavy. The quality is good but the seat is a little high and deep, so my 5' 3" feet barely reach the floor. The reclining features work well but the couch is ultra firm so is not the most comfy couch I've ever had. I'm satisfied with it overall but likely would have chosen something else if I'd had an opportunity to sit in it first. The delivery experience was excellent. I was able to schedule delivery at my convenience. It arrived on schedule, assembled by the delivery team, and all boxes and waste were hauled away. The couch looks exactly as pictured.. Debbie. Super comfy couch, love it. The electric portion works really smoothly when reclining, I feel like a queen sitting in it. Mengxi. New York, NY. Tue Sep 08 2026
