First the shape won me over. I was not fond of the color but I love unusual objects and I fell in love with the unique shape. I also LOVE glass. After opening the box and putting next to a mid century mod table lamp with a black marble base and BRASS, the vase sprung to life. Suddenly I fell in love with the very light amber.
