Part of our summers was spent in the coastal city of Nice on the beloved French Riviera. Each day is spent dining al fresco at the most enchanting small bistros along the rue Massena. The bright-colored awnings with their scalloped front edges became the inspiration for our rectangular lacquered Riviera scalloped tray.
