I love the Jaylee elevated feeder. I purchased 3 bowls for my cats, one large and 2 small bowls. The large bowl and one of the small bowl arrived in perfect condition well made, however, the second small bowl had a defect, the stand was made too small for the bowl. Customer service was going to send a replacement stand only but I ended up getting 2 new small bowls and 2 new stands but one of the bowl was still too small for the stand. It's a good thing they sent the 2 bowls/stand. There must be a patch of bad stands that were made and went out without quality control. Other than that these are really nice cats feeders.

The wire holder is a much smaller gauge than that shown in the pictures and the qualit of those holders is poor. The bowls are good.

Bowl doesn’t fit in the stand, there’s about half an inch gap resulting in the ceramic bowl being scratched up. We bought the smallest size - it’s also not very elevated.
