Pillow is plush, well made, looks beautiful. Not very soft fabric, but as expected. Took a while to get, as it was in back order, but did eventually arrive about a month after order was placed.

Great cushion cover but I paid for it to have poly stuffing. No biggie, Ill go buy some at a hobby shop but maybe a partial refund would be in order

Okay so i am only reviewing the pillow cover because I never received the insert!!! Which I paid $100.00 for this pillow!!! The cover is gorgeous just what I was looking for but I can not use since the insert was never shipped and I’ve been trying to get a resolution for about a week now!!! Phone call after phone call!!’ Wayfair customer will email no emails they requested pictures of packaging you can obviously see in the pictures that an insert couldn’t fit this is a very large pillow even vacuumed packed it wouldn’t fit in the bag the cover was shipped in!!! Please Wayfair customer service get back to me Please!! Otherwise this pillow is well made and the ombré is well done hopefully I will get an insert so I will be able to use!!
