too bad it arrived folded. other than that everything ok

I ordered 2 sets of the 3-Piece storage baskets. I only received 1 set of the 3-Piece storage baskets, and was never credited for the undelivered set after repeated emails and texts indicating that they knew I only received 1 set due to what I discovered was an undisclosed "back ordered" item. Very poor customer service. The baskets themselves are rather flimsy and came folded such that they all have creases in them...not a satisfied customer, unfortunately.

I thought they were rigid. I have to iron or steam them to get them straight. I think after I get that done, they'll be fine
