This review is for both the quality of the plant and for AllModern's refund policy. Any plant lover knows that plants take time to adjust to new spaces, I gave this plant 33 days, which was unfortunately 3 days too many. AllModern, your customer service rep even agreed with me that it was reasonable to wait to see if I could rehab the plant. In the end, this one is headed for the compost bin, and all AllModern could offer me was a 10% off coupon. AllModern, if you're going to sell live plants, you need to own up to the responsibility, even if your contract with your supplier only allows for replacements within 30 days. If you had even offered a $25 coupon, I would have been been satisfied, and would likely have spent more than $25 in the near future.
