This is the worst product I’ve ever received from Wayfair. If I can give -5 stars I would. When I received the pillow inserts it was twice the size of the sham, So I called customer service and the gentleman on the other line told me that it’s supposed to be like that. leave it for 24 hours and it will expand and shrink to size (my husband asked is it a magic pillow) I also thought it was outrageous, but I said let me give it a try. It’s been sitting on my couch for over two weeks and nothing has happened. The pillow is still twice the size of the sham. However, the sham is very pretty.
