Just like another customer reviewed I ordered and paid for a "Beige" pillow and I received a "Whitecap Gray-Fog" pillow which I did not want and does not go. If I wanted the "Whitecap Gray-Fog" pillow I would have ordered it. That I am not the only customer to have this experience is bad, like how hard is it to ship the correct color? I contacted customer service who were really nice but all they offered was a 20% refund - no attempt to replace it with the correct color pillow - that's disappointing.
