The pillow design and size and firmness is great. The only negative is that when I sit back on the side with the design it’s scratchy and prickly and thus uncomfortable. So when I lean back on it I flip it over to the smoother black backside and it’s fine. When I’m done I flip it back to the design side . A bit of a pain but not a deal breaker for me.
